Yes, you can use this platform to communicate with candidates. You can send messages to candidates through the platform’s messaging system. If candidates have provided their WhatsApp number, you can also use WhatsApp to communicate with them. No, setting up an organisation profile is free of charge. However, certain job posting packages may have associated costs, and once you sign in you will become familiar with the packages. Alternatively, view them here. You can purchase the required packages as and when you need them.

 If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. This will prompt you to enter your email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to that email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.

If each campus operates independently and has separate hiring needs, it may be beneficial to create separate accounts for each campus. However, if the campuses share similar hiring processes and collaborate closely, a single account can be created, and the job postings can specify the campus location accordingly. You can also add Account Members or Team Members in the Company Profile tab (once signed in), so multiple people can manage the platform.

Absolutely! You can upload and link your organisation’s Job Application form to the Job Posting. This ensures that candidates complete the required application form along with their submission through our platform. Simply include instructions in the Job Posting on how candidates can access and submit the additional form.

You can choose to pay by cheque; however, please note that the order will be processed and confirmed once the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
